Apex Hires New Vice President of Girls Events, Chelsea Rosiek

Princeton, NJ - Apex Lacrosse Events is excited to announce a new hire and new leadership structured to strengthen and grow all aspects of its Girls Lacrosse offerings.

Chelsea Rosiek has been brought on board as the Vice President of Apex Girls Tournaments. In her role, Chelsea will oversee all aspects of Apex Girls Lacrosse Tournaments. 

A native of Philadelphia, Pa., Rosiek has most recently been the Director of Girls Events at NXT Sports for the past two years, running 26 Girls lacrosse events, including Elite Recruiting and youth tournaments across the country.

Prior to that, she served as the Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator at the DI Robert Morris University for two seasons, helping to lead the Colonials to their first ever NCAA appearance. She served as Director of Operations and Player Development for a local Pittsburgh club during her time in the Burgh.

Before RMU she served as the Head Coach at Division I St. Bonaventure from 2015-2019 and lead the Bonnies to their most in conference wins since 2009 and received the NCAA’s Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence. During her time she also served on the IWLCA Tournament Committee and also created an executed events in partnership with the Seneca Nations in Salamanca, NY. 

Rosiek began her Head Coaching career at Chestnut Hill College (DII), where she took the Griffins to their first ever CACC tournament appearance. While at Chestnut Hill, she also served as a Director of Operations for a local Philadelphia club and was the administrative coordinator for Ultimate Events.

Prior to coaching, she was standout player at Temple University, where she twice earned All-Atlantic 10 Conference 1st team honors, A-10 All tournament team, as well as the A-10 All Academic Team and Philadelphia Inquirer All-Star team.

Rosiek writes, "I am so excited to continue my lacrosse career at APEX. I have devoted my life to this sport and am so excited to now have the ability to bring my brand of affordable lacrosse events to market and make APEX Girls Lacrosse Events the place to be in 2023."
