Apex Girls Youth Games 2023 Recap
Apex Girl’s summer kicked off with unmatched energy at the 2023 Summer Youth Games ! These elite middle school athletes joined us from 17 different states and over 100 elite club teams. Players jumped right into it with a skills and drill session led by 30+ college coaches. Despite the heat, coaches did not let that affect the intensity of drills! The girls worked hard and without a doubt impressed all the coaches in attendance.
Following the morning skills and drills session, players jumped right into game play. Each team competed hard to be the best in their division so they had a chance to claim the title, The 2023 Summer Youth Game Champs. After each team competed in 4 games, the top 4 teams moved on to bracket style play. The arctic division Penguins fought hard and came out on top for the 2028 division. Stallions never backed down with a close back and forth game and ultimately took home the crown for the 2029/2030 division.

Not only were players competing to be crowned champs but they were competing to be named the first Junior Apex All Americans. Evaluators composed of college coaches spent the two days watching every move of each athlete and scoring them on several different points based on position. Following the evaluations each athlete received a full report on their skills.
Athletes will have a second opportunity to be evaluated for the Junior All American team at the upcoming Fall Youth Games on October 7 & 8th at Cedar Lane Regional Park! Fill out the interest form here!
