The Summer Goalie Showcase took us straight into an incredible week of lacrosse. Director Kaitlin Larrson, Loyola Alum, led the goalies through a day of skills and drills. With just over 45 goalies in attendance and 20+ college coaches, athletes got the chance to work closely with each and every coach. Starting off the day with agility, players got a chance to warm up their feet. Following the agility warm up session, players broke up into several different groups for small group training sessions.
Later in the afternoon, goalies came back for some competition fun competing for the Queen of the Cage. This group of goalies did not give up the cage without a fight! Goalie, Edyta Olex 2026 from Yellow Jacket South, came out on top!

Of course we cannot forget the All Goalie Selection of the event. In the past, the All Goalie Selections teams have been 3-4 athletes but this summer the coaches selected one goalie.
Congratulations to Makenna Schultz 2025 from True Lacrosse National on taking the title this summer!
