Saturday, Elite & Fast-Paced Training

On Saturday, players will be taken through 20+ drills over the course of several hours in a fast paced, high intensity environment.

Sunday, Head to Head Competition PLL/NLL Shooters 

On Sunday, attendees will compete head to head with 20 shots per goalie from a professional player, the winner of the match moves on in a tournament style bracket! Learn more about the Head to Head Competition Below.

Be Crowned the #1 Goalie in Your Grade

Each Grade will be have a tournament style championship for the top goalies. Only one will emerge as the #1 goalie in their grade. 

Step 1 - Apply 

Applications are open to goalies from all clubs and all schools! Admissions will be rolling so it pays to apply first!

Step 2 - Receive Invite

All Goalie 350 applications will be screened by the Apex Coaches Committee!

Step 3 - Evaluation Saturday 

Goalies will be run through dozens of drills with our veteran staff of professional coaches who have had years of training and playing at the highest levels. These drills will encompass every aspect of the position and all the skills needed to make it to the next level and beyond.

Step 4 - Competition Sunday

During the second session, each Grade will be have a tournament style championship for the top goalies. Only one will emerge as the #1 goalie in their grade.
