Apex Lacrosse has teamed up with HBC Event Services to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event.

This is a STAY-TO-PLAY TOURNAMENT - all hotel reservations must be made through HBC Event Services.

Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs. 

This plan provides up to 100% reimbursement for covered cancellation reasons, like tournament cancellation.

There’s also Cancel for Any Reason coverage meaning you can cancel for any reason and get up to 75% reimbursement of these same costs. Additional terms apply.

All reimbursement coverage amounts are based on your unused non-refundable prepaid hotel and tournament registration costs.
